Tennis & Tequila Social Club ("Tennis & Tequila," "we," "us") is a social tennis club in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, event registrations, and internal tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email sign-ups. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address through Mailchimp.
• Member registration. Our sign-up form (Google Forms) asks for details such as your name, email, phone number, tennis experience, interests, and how you heard about us.
• Tickets and payments. When you buy a ticket or book a clinic through Posh, Stripe, or Sweatpals, we receive your name, email, what you purchased, and whether you attended. Payment card details are handled by those providers. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Messages. If you email or message us, we keep that conversation so we can respond.

Photos and video at events

We photograph and film our events and may share that content on our website and social media. If you'd like a photo of you removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Social media analytics

We use the official Instagram and TikTok APIs to view analytics for our own club accounts only, such as follower counts, post and video performance (views, likes, comments, shares), and aggregated audience demographics (for example, age ranges and top cities). These tools do not collect personal information about individual Instagram or TikTok users, and we don't use them to access anyone else's account.

Website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Run events and clinics: registration, check-in, and event updates
• Send club news and event announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Understand what our members enjoy so we can plan better events and seasons
• Measure how our marketing and social content performs
• Keep our community and events safe

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the club (Mailchimp, Google, Posh, Stripe, Sweatpals, Meta, and TikTok), which process it under their own privacy policies
• With venues or event partners when needed to operate an event (for example, a guest list for check-in), limited to what's necessary
• When required by law or to protect the safety of our members

We may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example, "most members are in metro Atlanta") with sponsors and partners.

Storage and security

We keep information only as long as we need it to run the club, and store it privately with access limited to club organizers. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.
• Photo removal: email us with a link or description.

Age

Our club and events are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
