These terms apply to the Tennis & Tequila Social Club ("Tennis & Tequila," "we," "us") website, events, and internal tools. By using our website or attending our events, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Events and tickets

• Tickets and clinic bookings are sold through third-party platforms (such as Posh, Stripe, and Sweatpals), and their terms also apply to your purchase.
• Refund and transfer terms for each event are shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.
• Event details (times, venues, formats) may change. If we cancel an event, we'll let ticket holders know and explain the options.

Participation and safety

• Tennis is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for knowing your own health and limits.
• Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. Please drink responsibly. We may refuse service to anyone.
• Follow venue rules and any instructions from coaches and event staff.

Community conduct

We're a welcoming, beginner-friendly community. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior isn't tolerated. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone from an event, without a refund, if their behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the event.

Photos and video

Events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that we may use that content to promote the club. If you'd prefer not to appear, let a staff member know at the event or email us to request removal.

Internal tools and data

We operate internal tools (including the "T&T Data Platform") that connect to our own Instagram and TikTok accounts through their official APIs to report on club marketing performance. These tools are for use by Tennis & Tequila organizers only. They are not offered to the public and do not create user accounts. See our Privacy Policy for what data they access.

Our content

The Tennis & Tequila name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us. Please don't use them commercially without our permission.

Third-party links

Our website links to other services (ticketing, forms, social media). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

Our website and tools are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennis & Tequila is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, tools, or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related ticket.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
